  • Declaration: A statement that the information provided in the complaint is accurate and made in good faith.

10.2 Comprehensive Review Mechanism

Once a formal grievance is received, it undergoes a meticulous review process:

  • Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 48 to 72 business hours.
  • Investigation: All grievances are reviewed objectively and in good faith. We may cross-reference historical archives, code repositories, or legal guidelines.
  • Timeframe: A formal response or resolution will typically be provided within 15 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity of the matter.

10.3 Resolution Approach & Actions

Upon concluding the review, the Author reserves the sole discretion to take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Clarification: Providing additional context or historical background to the complainant.
  • Correction/Removal: Making necessary edits, amending digital records, or removing the content if the grievance is found to be justified and legally binding.
  • Rejection: Dismissing the grievance with a clear explanation if it lacks merit, proof, or violates our terms of service.

10.5 Strict Misuse & Defamation Clause

The grievance mechanism is established to address genuine concerns. Frivolous, abusive, repetitive, or malicious complaints designed to harass, defame, or disrupt the Digital Estate will be summarily ignored. The Author reserves the right to take stringent legal action, including claiming damages for defamation, under the applicable Information Technology and Penal laws against individuals misusing this policy.
